We offer medical billing and PRN billing to local and regional practices. With over 30 years of health care experience, we have worked with numerous practice management software packages and EMR/EHR programs. If your current software is not one that we have experience with, learning it will be at our expense, not yours. Our billing services are provided on a percentage-of-collections-basis, so our incentives are aligned, and we do not get paid until you do. As part of your billing service, we provide incidental consulting free of charge. As an MBA and Certified Professional Coder, Mr. Miller’s decades of experience will be working behind the scenes for your practice. 

We have consulted with established physicians starting independent practices, transitioning from paper medical records to EMR, revenue cycle management consulting, practice management consulting, as well as providing full-service billing and collections services. Mr. Miller has many years of experience with numerous medical specialties. He has extensive experience in systems integration and work flow, revenue cycle management, business processes, strategic planning, and practice revenue analysis. Incidental consulting services are included as part of the billing services package. Regular consulting services are provided on a fee basis. 

Regular, onsite meetings are provided to review past results and improve future performance. Additional onsite meetings can be requested at any time to address any problems or concerns that might arise. We are located in Huntsville, Alabama and can address most issues on-site, on the same day.
